3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Quotes and Pricing

All pricing and packages listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

3.2 Scheduling

Service dates are confirmed based on availability.
In the event of weather issues or other delays, HC Property Media may reschedule the shoot.

3.3 Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of final media files unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices not paid within the agreed window may incur late fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling due to weather: No fee

  • Same-day cancellations: A cancellation fee may apply

  • No-show appointments: Full shoot fee may be charged

4.2 HC Property Media Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a shoot due to unexpected circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues.

5. Deliverables

5.1 Photo Delivery

Standard turnaround time is typically next business day, unless otherwise stated or during high-volume periods.

5.2 MLS-Ready Media

Images are delivered edited, MLS-ready, and optimized for online real estate platforms.

5.3 Rights & Usage

Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the photos for real estate marketing purposes.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the images

  • Use the photos for other listings, agents, businesses, or long-term commercial campaigns without permission

  • Claim copyright to the media

HC Property Media retains full copyright to all media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Drone Compliance

All aerial drone services follow FAA Part 107 regulations.
Drone shoots may be restricted based on:

  • Airspace

  • Weather

  • Surrounding structures

  • Location safety

  • Local regulations

HC Property Media reserves the right to decline or modify drone services if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

7. Limitation of Liability

HC Property Media is not responsible for:

  • Website downtime, errors, or technical issues

  • Loss of data due to hosting or third-party platforms

  • Delays caused by events outside our control (weather, emergencies, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HC Property Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
